If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within fourteen days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

To help us process your request efficiently, please include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

Items must be returned in their original condition when a return is required. Certain products, including opened consumables and items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, may not be eligible for return.
